- HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED * Orders placed during the holidays can take approximately 5-7 business days to process prior to shipping due to a high volume of orders.

Please click the size chart to help assist you first and review the pictures. You may also email us at info@wantedbody.com. Send us a picture of your full body and measurements and we will be more than happy to help.
4. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship worldwide! International shipping can take approximately 10-30 business days in transit prior to delivery. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or custom fees imposed by your country. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.

6. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDERS HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you immediately. Please ensure that you enter your information correctly during your checkout process prior to submitting your order. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at info@wantedbody.com. One of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. Please note to always check your spam folder as well as your email may have filtered into that folder.
7. WHAT IF MY ORDER STILL HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED?
If after contacting your carrier (USPS or an alternate one) you still need assistance regarding locating your order, feel free to contact us at info@wantedbody.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you in locating your order.
8. I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I ADJUST OR CANCEL IT?
You have 24 hours to make any changes to your order or request to have it cancelled. Please email us at info@wantedbody.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with your requests.
9. HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TOWARD MY ORDER?
To apply a discount code to your order, you must first add items into your cart. Once you add items to your cart, click on "View Shopping Cart". This will lead you to a new window where you will find the Discount Code box. Enter the Discount Code here, then click on "Apply". Once this is complete, you may then proceed with successfully placing your order and checkout.
10. ARE ORDERS PLACED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE?
Items placed with a discount code applied at checkout can be returned for store credit. However, items that are Final Sale are Bodysuits and Accessories.
11. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition we're so sorry! Please contact our team at info@wantedbody.com with a photo of the damage claim before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you (or accommodating you) in a timely manner.

We ship worldwide using USPS, UPS or DHL.

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday excluding Sundays and holidays.  Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to process and complete prior to being shipped. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event that your package is delayed and we will be happy to help locate it for you.

Standard Mail | 2-5 Business Days $10.95

Standard Mail w/Signature | 2-5 Business Days $12.95

Express Insured Mail | 1-2 Business Days $38.95 * Order must be placed by 12 PM PST in order to ship same day. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Regular standard shipping internationally is $40.95 and takes roughly 3- 15 business days to arrive. Please note customs fees may apply. WANTED BODY does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable. 

We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.

TRACKING

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work please contact us to further assist you. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. 

STORE SALE & HOLIDAY POLICY

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process prior to shipping during any sales and/or holiday closures.  

 

 

Please Note: Wanted Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the unlikely event your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your carrier. By completing a purchase with Wanted Body you are agreeing to our shipping policy. 

 

Due to the limited availability and exclusivity, items purchased on WantedBody.Com will gladly be accepted as a return for store credit ONLY within 7 business days of the delivery date. BODYSUITS AND SWIMSUITS ARE NON- RETURNABLE (Please order correct size).

At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges (due to limited stock- please inquire if the item you want is available). All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, washed and free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned (if applicable). 

Please note that all SALE & CLOSET SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned! 

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please email us at info@wantedbody.com within 3 business days from the date of delivery with your name, order number, and pictures and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. Failure to contact us within the allocated time frame for defective or damaged items will result in forfeit of assistance. 

Any international returns received later than 30 days from the date of receipt or it will be returned back to the sender. 

Want to Return Your items? Please follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

  1. Ensure your items are returnable. We accept returns (for store credit) within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale or closet sale item. Other exclusions may apply.
  2. Please email us at info@wantedbody.com to inform us of your return for store credit.  We will inform you of the return address upon receiving an email. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a traceable service, as we are not held liable for packages that are lost en route back to us. 
  3. Once we receive your return your package, we will process your store credit (in the form of a gift card) within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your return for store credit or exchange has been processed.

Is my item refundable? NO. AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT OFFERING REFUNDS. However we will gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, tags attached,  free of any stains or odors. Final sale items include bodysuits, accessories and items in our sale tab. 

Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we DO NOT offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment, as we are not held liable for packages that are lost en route back to us. 

How long does it take to process my return or exchange? Your store credit will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of us receiving your package. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package is processed with your request.
