RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on WantedBody.Com will gladly be accepted as a return for store credit ONLY within 14 days of the delivery date. BODYSUITS ARE NON- RETURNABLE (Please order correct size).

At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned (if applicable). 

Please note that all SALE items are FINAL SALE

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please email at info@wantedbody.com within 3 days from the date of delivery with your name, order number, and pictures and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. 

Any international returns received later than 30 days from the date of receipt or it will be returned back to the sender. 

Want to Return Your items? Please follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

  1. Ensure your items are returnable. We accept returns (for store credit) within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.
  2. Please email us at info@wantedbody.com to inform us of your return for store credit.  We will inform you of the return address upon receiving an email. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a traceable service, as we are not held liable for packages that are lost en route back to us. 
  3. Once we receive your return your package, we will process your store credit within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your return for store credit or exchange has been processed.

Is my item refundable? NO. AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT OFFERING REFUNDS. However we will gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Final sale items include bodysuits, accessories and items in our sale tab. 

Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment, as we are not held liable for packages that are lost en route back to us. 

How long does it take to process my return or exchange? Your store credit will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of us receiving your package. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package is processed   with your request.
